Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes, we add photos often. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Will there be watermarks on the large images I download with my credits?
Absolutely not. They are large images, mostly high resolution, no watermarks.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and as such, there is no way for our images to be returned. Please check the size and quality of the image. Some Sandstrom images are soft and some are grainy. Some are larger then others.

Do I own the rights to any photo that I download?
No. You own the right to use the photo or image within the bounds of our Image Usage Agreement. The original photographer, Carolyn Sandstrom, retains the copyright to the photo.

Can I resell the downloaded photos?
No absolutely not. You may not resell, repost, free or for payment the photos unless they are part of another product or work where the photos comprise less than 50% of the product, and that product is not a stock image or stock photography type product. 

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Carolyn Sandstrom Stock Photography photos that I download?
Yes, while Carolyn Sandstrom Stock Photography offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Basically, most uses are permitted except anything unlawful or that defames or slanders the models in the photo.

 

Are there any fees for using them more than once?
You should purchase the image ONCE per project that you use it for.
